One of the newest members to Geaux Seafood is the infamous Nicholas Johnson! Nick grew up a just a few miles south of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He grew up with a strong passion for the outdoor
industry and has spent the majority of his time as a youngster either in a deer stand or on a Central Louisiana lake, duck hunting. In recent years he has gain practical experience working in the South Louisiana restaurant industry. Whether it was Chargrilled oysters to making Seafood Po-boys and sandwiches at a local deli shop.
Nick attended Highschool at St. Michael the Archangel in Baton Rouge before pursuing a degree in Process Technology and Business at River Parish Community College. Nick combines his great love and passion for the outdoors, with a Business background, and years immersed in the Cajun culinary world. Which exactly why we we need him as one of team members for Geaux Seafood.
